Ingredients
100 g unsalted butter, cold
80 g brown sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
160 g all-purpose flour
60 g rolled oats
80 g raisins
50 g dark chocolate, chopped
30–40 g cold water
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cold butter, sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder. Rub together with your fingers until the mixture looks crumbly.
Add chopped chocolate, raisins, and oats. Mix to combine. Pour in cold water and bring the dough together into a ball — it should hold its shape but not be sticky.
Divide the dough into 15 pieces, roll into small balls, and chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Place cookies on a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
Bake for 20 minutes, until golden around the edges. Let cool completely before serving.
